Join us for training provided by NOFASD Australia, designed to provide knowledge and strategies to enable workers to increase their knowledge of FASD, to better understand its complexity and apply strategies to help work in different ways with these children.
Self-Regulation Strategies is a practical session, based on positive behaviour therapy, designed for children, families and educators. The program teaches about a child’s alertness levels and provides strategies to help keep a child’s alertness optimal. Workshop attendees are invited to participate and try some of the strategies and equipment yourselves.
