SANDAS, in partnership with Hepatitis SA and supported by Adelaide PHN, is pleased to announce the launch of the SA AOD Peer Network in 2023!

We are seeking to provide a formal and regular networking opportunity for peer and lived/living experience workers in the South Australian Alcohol and Other Drug Sector.

The first meeting of the network will occur on Wednesday March the 22^nd from 11am to 2pm at the SACOSS Marjorie Black Community Room, 47 King William Rd, Unley and will include free lunch and refreshments. The first meeting will be used to discuss what people are keen to get from the network, how often meetings should occur, what meeting content should be and what the needs of people who work in these valuable roles really are.

We’d still love to hear from you and stay in touch around how we can better support peer workers in the AOD sector in South Australia and perhaps you can make a meeting in the future.)
